• Advance exploration of Laguna Verde to establish a measured resource

• Commission scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, and permitting with respect to Laguna Verde

• Subject to satisfactory feasibility study, permitting and financing, build facilities and commence production of lithium from surface waters at Laguna Verde

• Enter market at modest production rate (target: 10,000 tpy LiCO₃)

• Seek a secure supplier under a long-term contract so production from all salars can be ramped at market pricing

• Create relationship with large multi-national counter-party (battery, car, or electronics manufacturer) for equity and/or project financing in return for provision of lithium off-take rights or marketing relationship
